Welcome to Tripplit, operated by Neuston AB. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Tripplit is an AI-powered travel planning application that helps users discover destinations, create trips, and explore places. The Service includes:

• AI-generated travel recommendations and descriptions
• Personalized travel experiences based on user preferences

2. User Accounts and Registration

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account via Google OAuth or email sign-in. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information
• Keeping your email account secure (for email sign-in)
• Accepting responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

By submitting User Content, you grant Tripplit a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content and that your content does not infringe on any intellectual property rights of third parties.

4.3 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Tripplit uses artificial intelligence to generate travel recommendations, descriptions, and itineraries. Please be aware of the following:

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated content may not be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation.
• Independent Verification: You should independently verify all AI-generated recommendations before making travel decisions.
• Liability Disclaimer: Tripplit is not responsible for any outcomes, losses, or damages resulting from relying on AI-generated content.
• Evolving Technology: AI technology is continuously evolving and may produce unexpected results.
• No Professional Advice: AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional travel planning, medical, legal, or other professional advice.

6. Third-Party Services and APIs

The Service integrates with third-party services and APIs, including:

• Google Authentication Services
• Pexels Image Service
• Wikipedia
• Google AI Services

These services are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. You acknowledge that:

• Tripplit is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services
• Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, and usage restrictions
• Your data may be shared with third-party services to provide the Service
• Tripplit is not liable for any issues arising from third-party services

7. Payment and Billing

7.1 Premium Features

Some features of the Service may require payment. Pricing and available features are subject to change at any time. We will provide notice of significant price changes.

7.2 Payment Processing

LemonSqueezy is our merchant of record and processes all payments. By making a purchase, you authorize LemonSqueezy to charge your payment method in accordance with their terms and privacy policy.

7.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Digital services are generally non-refundable unless defective.

7.4 Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 "As Is" Service

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Tripplit disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

8.3 Travel Recommendations Disclaimer

Tripplit provides travel recommendations and information for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining appropriate travel insurance
• Complying with local laws and regulations
• Assessing health and safety conditions

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tripplit, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your User Content or submissions

10. Termination

Either party may terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• We may delete your account and User Content
• Fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sweden.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by updating the "Last updated" date or by sending you notification. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

13. Severability
